I bought a 2013 VW Tiguan on August 30 from Mitch. Mitch was fantastic BTW. My belief is that the problems I experienced originated from the VW service department and poor management. Also, the car doesn’t run like it should FYI. I’ll figure out doing the intake carbon cleaning but it seems like something you guys would have wanted to take care of. Grrrrr. Whatever. It’s a 13k car and not our primary vehicle but I’m not sure we’ll buy a car again from you again. My wife fell in love with the loaner Atlas you let me have while your guys were trying to pull their head out of their a** so there’s that. Taking my wife car shopping is a real nightmare so at least you saved me from trying to figure out what to buy her next. Whoever your VW Service Advisor is needs to find a job he’s decent at, because this ain’t it. JD
