Front Row Buick GMC is headed by Scott Copenhaver. Scott and his staff are so knowledgeable and give such a personal touch to my buying experience that I couldn’t imagine buying from anyone else from Scott and his staff are so knowledgeable and give such a personal touch to my buying experience that I couldn’t imagine buying from anyone else from the guys in the garage to the personnel that walk you down the path the right way to do the paperwork. I have no respect for this dealership or the general manager. Vehicle was advertised online, in 2 places, as one (lower) price as “Best Price”. When arrived to the dealership for a test drive, the vehic manager. Vehicle was advertised online, in 2 places, as one (lower) price as “Best Price”. When arrived to the dealership for a test drive, the vehicle’s price was stated to be higher than listed. Even though the dealership failed to honor the ‘Best Price”, we decided to still purchase. The general manager walked by twice when doing paperwork and never once stopped to explain the discrepancy in pricing himself. No one seemed to want to address the pricing issue in person. Very poor business practice and seems as though fraudulent advertising on their part. More
