I have been purchasing from Bolles for 20 years or so, and they never let me down. I was in a bind on this purchase and needed something very fast, the owner (Brian) and the sales rep (Bob) went out of t and they never let me down. The follow up is seriously lacking. I spent over $25,000 and no one wanted to know me after I walked out the door. I still don't have my plates. The car was never completely detailed. I asked why it was filthy under the hood and was told that they where afraid that if the engine got wet, it could cause electrical problems. I had to laugh, I thought I bought a jeep. Really bad excuses for not going the extra mile. Originally I was thrilled but now that the week has passed I am very disappointed. More
