"Beyond awesome! "
- KatiaI had one of the best experiences buying a car from Jim Ellis Chamblee! The sales team are top notch, very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracefully helped me narrow down my car choice and give me options for financing. Millo has been incredible, kind and patient, showing me all the vehicles that I showed interest, went through all the technology and features of the vehicle, including setup of Android Auto. He also introduced me to the service advisor Scott who welcomed me and greeted me on my new Tiguan and briefly going over the services hours. I also spent some time with Lance, who was so personable and calm, going throught all the financial options and making sure it fits my needs. My experience was great and I would recommend the entire team!

"Just a Battery "
- JoeI texted Rose Shuck at JE Volkswagen Monday after having taken Uber to work due to an aging dead battery in my 2012 Tiguan. She told me to bring it in.to be checked. When I arrived, Scott told me she’d been expecting me & would be right back. She appeared in less than a minute & got it organized. Sure enough the battery had to be replaced. It was quick, easy & painless. I was in and out in less than hour, And, she even got it washed too! Can’t ask for more than that!! Thanks Rose 🌹!

One of the several things Rose manages in the process of a resolving an issue, is keeping you up to speed on the progress of resolution as well as the expected date of completion! I would be remiss if I did not also mention Leo Leyva and Scott Croston, with whom I've also worked with and are always proactive if Rose is not at her desk when you first enter the service area.
