Everyone in the dealership is incredibly friendly and honest. I felt no pressure to buy a vehicle, I didn't receive endless calls, emails, or texts from anyone at Emich like I have from other dealerships honest. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from Emich in the future. I would highly recommend Emich to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. I went to Emich with the plan to purchase a Tahoe, but after explaining what I was looking for in a vehicle, Scott suggested the Traverse. I was very happy with the suggestion and that's what I ended up purchasing and saving ~$20k. It's the first time a dealership has suggested a lower priced vehicle to me. Scott DeSalvo, my sales person, Joel Rangel, the sales manager working during my buying experience, and Andrew Espinoza, in Finance, were all great and would love to work with them in the future. Scott was such a great help getting us our SRT8 Jeep. We had been going back and forth for about a week, and when it was ready, we were his first call.
