We explained to Jeff the situation with the lack of down payment and negative equity on our trade. Jeff said no problem, we still got you. After picking out our vehicle and trade value, the finance company came back with a very reasonable offer and our max price we can pay. Being picky with our vehicle and needs for a family SUV, Jeff found the perfect match right in the front row. After very little time in the finance Dept with Scott, we were out the door in our new car!! Would definitely recommend buying here and most definitely buy a vehicle here again!! More

Not honest I bought an advertised '03 Acurra. They claimed the vehicle had gone thru a multi-point inspection, and passed. Within 24 hrs, I took it to my mechani I bought an advertised '03 Acurra. They claimed the vehicle had gone thru a multi-point inspection, and passed. Within 24 hrs, I took it to my mechanic. The car had a warped brake rotor (front right wheel) and only had one working brake out of four. The U joints on the drive shaft were falling out, and it had a broken CV joint. My mechanic, a certified Honda technician, said this car was not road worthy or safe to drive. He believes their 'inspection' involved opening the door and putting a paper mat on the floor. $1700 later, the car is now legal and safe. I was a cash buyer. I signed a ton of paperwork, and was promised I would get copies of all paperwork, including the CarFax and automaxx's inspection report. I never got any of those. Cash sale, and it took Scott 3 hrs to complete the paperwork. This place is a joke and a dishonest franchise. More
