My daughter and I would drive through car lots when possible to window shop in an effort to keep the aggressive salesperson at bay. However, while doing a drive-through on Saturday, 7/7/18, at AutoMax Ocala, I exited my daughter’s vehicle to get a closer look at the vehicles on the lot and was approached by an extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable sales person, Dale Gallagher. Simply put, he was AWESOME with showing me what was available in my price range and getting me into a very nice upgrade.. Dale was ALWAYS concerned about my comfort and the sale went so smoothly it was almost scary that I could make a major purchase free of stress in a very short period of time. The necessary paperwork was handled very efficiently by the finance officer. I am so grateful to Dale Gallagher for this awesome hassle-free/stress-free experience. More
