I went to the dealership several months ago "looking" at the Crosstrek and was greeted by Frank Lincoln who explained the features and advantages to me. I explained to him that I was not ready to purchase yet, but that I would return. He gave me a couple calls (not too many), so when I was ready to deal, it was an easy process. They quickly located a car for me and worked to get me the deal that I wanted.
