Worth the wait! Troy Berg at Ed Shults Subaru was in contact with me continuously during the order process for our new Crosstrek. Everyone there, from Jim Beach to Se Troy Berg at Ed Shults Subaru was in contact with me continuously during the order process for our new Crosstrek. Everyone there, from Jim Beach to Sean and Scott Ellsworth to Troy were extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process from making the deal through delivery. This is our 6th Subaru from this dealership and we have enjoyed every one of them. Highly recommended. More

Awful awful awful I will never do business with ed Shultz again after the experience I had with not only sales but service. Lenny was awful to me and put me through so I will never do business with ed Shultz again after the experience I had with not only sales but service. Lenny was awful to me and put me through so much xxxx. Sold me a lemon and then became an arrogant xxxxxxx when confronted about what needed to be fixed. “I can’t predict what will happen to a vehicle” and “I’m not doing anything more for you.” Two quotes directly from his mouth. After calling me at 8pm harassing me from his personal number, I blocked him. Midtown was asked to do the work on my car by ed Shultz. They were so angry and upset by what was happening and how I was being jerked around and treated awful by ed Shultz. Within the first year of having my car, I had to put a new engine in and a new transmission. Both of which ed Shultz refused to compensate for selling me the lemon. I can’t even account for the amount of lies I was told by them. I am beyond done. More

Never thought I'd see the day! My family has been dealing with Shults of Warren since about 2007. Since then, we've purchased about a dozen cars and have not once been treated poorl My family has been dealing with Shults of Warren since about 2007. Since then, we've purchased about a dozen cars and have not once been treated poorly. I personally have only owned European vehicles since I turned 16, starting with a BMW to an Audi, a Volvo, another BMW, I never once pictured myself owning a Subaru .My mother purchased an Outback a week prior to me from Troy, and I quite liked how he treated her. He kept his cool the entire time dealing with my mother, even though she changed her mind about 10 times within the day she purchased her car. As for the car, It was fairly comfortable, drove quite nicely, and got excellent gas mileage, not to mention the fact that Subaru is synonymous for safety and reliability. These are very important factors to me when looking at a new car because I drive about 45,000 miles a year for work. The more I looked into a Subaru, the more I realized that it was the right move. Troy was a tremendous help with making sure I was comfortable with my decision. From deciding between various models, to helping me get the best deal possible, I have ZERO complaints about my experience. Even though Volvo of Buffalo sent me a package of cookies after I bought my Volvo, I can 100% confidently say that it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. He was a pleasure to work with, and did not once make me feel unconfident with my decision. If this man was able to handle my mothers indecisiveness, sell my sister a new Jeep, and get me from a fully loaded BMW X3 into an Outback Limited with EyeSight, I'm sure he can handle anything anyone can throw at him! More

Chad Ristau recently sold me and my wife our new car and the crazy thing is - we were not even looking to buy a new car! Our initial visit was to window shop on a used truck basically to get an idea of what is out there. While on the lot we met Clay and after a brief discussion we decided to look into a new Ram instead of basically to get an idea of what is out there. While on the lot we met Clay and after a brief discussion we decided to look into a new Ram instead of used. During this time we were also looking at a new GMC at another local dealership and speaking with another salesman. Scott and Clay were very insightful when answering all of our questions and concerns. We decided to purchase from Ed Shults instead of the other dealership, this decision was based on the best deal presented to us. We love our new Ram! More
