Scott was very helpful, service was done in time allotted, no surprise gotcha charges. I would highly recommend Scott and will continue to have service at Porsche perimeter. I would have preferred to have a loaner or for dealer to arrange transportation after drop off, had to arrange Uber. More

I have been a loyal customer from the time I purchased my Porsche. Further, I have complied with service requirements as well. So when I come in for a service and request that my vehicle not be washed afte Porsche. Further, I have complied with service requirements as well. So when I come in for a service and request that my vehicle not be washed after its service, I would hope that this small request can be accommodated. Being that I was blown off, I have to assume that I cannot trust Porsche to handle something more complex at my request. Because of the pandemic (COVID-19), I wanted as few hands as possible touching my vehicle. After my warranty expires next year, I plan to trade my Porsche in for a Mercedes or the like. If I am in need of any service from Porsche prior to that, I wish to have a new service advisor opposed to the one I have been dealing with the past three years because, obviously, he does not value the customer in my opinion. More

I normally don’t write reviews but your service department really got me screwed over on my tire replacement program basically causing me to have to pay out of pocket for two tires. Not only did I department really got me screwed over on my tire replacement program basically causing me to have to pay out of pocket for two tires. Not only did I have to pay for the one I had replaced at your dealership, but because your service department didn’t not follow up with completing the claim they opened in 2019, when I had the same tire damaged a few weeks ago, I had to pay for that one as well because of the open claim from last year. That’s nearly $1,000 out of pocket. More

Prompt service.. upon pickup, overheard two associates talking about a transaction involving charges.
