It’s no longer owned locally and there is more of a big company sterile feel to the environment. The dealership bought my 2018 LC500 and had me sign over the title to them without giving me the agreed upon company sterile feel to the environment. When I did receive the check there was a 7 day hold on the funds. That is poor business practice. Staff is very friendly and professional. More
