Dirty car, terrible customer service. My wife and I were very disappointed with the buying experience and how we were treated afterwards. After telling our salesperson what type of car we were looking for and what price range, he located a 2020 Mazda CX-5. Over the phone, he said there would be no problem getting us a payment of $367/month $0 down, but when we sat down at the dealership to look at numbers, the lowest price he showed us was $420/month $1,000 down. After repeatedly explaining how unprofessional and frustrating it was that he “bait and switched” us, he was able to get the price down to the original number he quoted and admitted “that’s my bad. I f*cked up.” We ended up purchasing the vehicle, but weren’t able to test drive it as it just recently came into the dealership. We were taken back into the service area and only were able to see it on a lift while it was inspected by the service team. We were told the vehicle would be ready in 2 days after being inspected and detailed. When we received the vehicle, the outside was clean, but the inside had numerous areas that hadn’t been cleaned. We called the dealership and noted how dirty the inside was. They agreed to detail the vehicle again and offered a $50 Visa gift card for our inconvenience. After bringing the vehicle in and waiting another 2 days, we were notified the vehicle was ready for pickup. The inside of the vehicle still had numerous stains on the roof, seats and headrests. Additionally, we’ve still yet to receive the gift card that we were promised. My wife and I have purchased vehicles from 6 dealerships and have never received a car in such poor condition, and received such negative customer service before. More

Both statement are 100% false. BUT he will do me a favor and give the next upgrade for a discount. I got my money back overnight, minus wire fee after the statement I made "I'm in touch with a lawyer" other wise they will start re-fund paper work. Bottom line they took advantage of the fact that I couldn't not come in person because current car is dead, and female over 65. Oh! the entire time the imaginary car was still listed on Jenkins website. More
