When we arrived back the dealership was closing, but Scott being a true professional asked us if we wanted to take a look at the numbers in spike of the dealership being closed. The offer was aggressive and within five minutes we closed the deal on our new X5. There was no pressure or haggling, and everyone at Otto's made us feel like we were the most important customers they have.
