I wanted a six speed coupe with a heated steering wheel and when one turned up 150 miles away in West Chester, PA, I knew it was the right vehicle for me. Doing business with Scott made the whole transaction a piece of cake. The car was ready for me to inspect on my arrival in its own private showroom, and it was property detailed and all of the promises made were kept. Scott went out of his way to facilitate the transaction, and two hours after arriving at Otto's, I was on the road in my new car. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks so very much. More
