He was absolutely exceptional—professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the product, and zero-pressure throughout the entire sales process. He answered every question patiently and made the negotiation feel transparent and honest. He is a five-star employee, and I highly recommend asking for him. However, once the paperwork was done, the process of actually getting the car delivered and ready for pickup was highly frustrating. There were significant, unexpected delays related to the logistics of bringing the specific car in, which pushed the timeline back several days. The internal communication regarding these problems seemed inconsistent, and the lack of clarity about the repeated setbacks caused a major inconvenience. While Scott did his best to apologize and keep me informed, the back-end operation needs serious improvement. The stellar customer service from the sales team was unfortunately overshadowed by the disorganized delivery process. I would recommend this dealership for the quality of their salespeople, but prospective buyers should be prepared for potential delays and issues once the initial deal is made. More
