Scott; Thanks to you and Ryan Auto Mall for encouraging me to get the insurance plan on the used red Ford F150 truck that was purchased several months ago for my Grandson Dominic Rosati. It sure is paying off as Bill Rosati, Dominic's Father, tells me that a new engine has to be installed. Bill indicated that Jeff Altrichter in service worked very hard to convince the insurance company that a new motor was needed. This and many other fine services that the Rosati's and I have been given at Ryan in the past, is why I drive 380 miles to Ryan Auto Mall to get the oil changed in my Hybrid Escalade that I purchased from Ryan. We have had service work done at Ryan Chev in the past but this was our first experience purchasing a vehicle through them and it most certainly will not be our last. Scott did a great job at helping me find the right car for my needs. My goal was to find a car that consistently got over 40mpg and he lined me up with a 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco. I've had it for over a week now and my lowest mileage (in town) has been 41mpg and my highway mileage is above 46mpg! Scott is very professional in how he managed the sale, gave me a great tour of the car's features and answered all my questions. We had been shopping "on line" for a family car for a few weeks. We found a car like we wanted at Ryan Auto Mall for a very good price and call to talk to Scott about it.
