I was very impressed with my entire experience with Ryan Chevrolet. From the moment I walked thru the door, Carol welcomed me and shortly after, Scott. What impressed me most was how he seemed to know when I would need him between my meetings with Lisa (who was very informative and clear in explaining additional options), and, Nikki (I appreciated her taking control of conversations between Ryan and my Credit Union and making the paper process so "friendly"). I never felt "lost" or didn't know where I should be next. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the options of the Traverse and answered all my questions without making me feel like I had too many :-). The only downside is the distance I live from this dealership - near White Bear Lake. But, because of my experience, I will gladly drive the distance when I need a vehicle in the future! More

He went through all of the rebates that I could receive and made the financing easy to understand. I was also helped by Lisa and another member of the Ryan Chev team who explained the extended warranties. Lisa suggested to me a better floor mat which I think looks great. I was really happy when Scott showed me my new Tahoe. He did a thorough job of showing me the inside and out of my new car. This is my 4th vehicle from Ryan Chev and I have been happy with all my purchases and the service they have provided me and my family. More

Scott went above and beyond to find me the car that I wanted. I gave him a list of items I wanted in my car along with the make and model of the cars.
