I brought my car in on Monday night for a quick oil change that was supposed to take a couple of hours Tuesday morning. It ended up being available for me to retrieve on Thursday mid-day. Throughout change that was supposed to take a couple of hours Tuesday morning. It ended up being available for me to retrieve on Thursday mid-day. Throughout the process, I attempted to contact Scott multiple times to inquire about the status, but none of my 4 calls were returned (3 on voicemail and 1 hand-delivered from the receptionist). This lack of communication was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I could work around a delay, if there was a good reason (none was offered), but not the total lack of communication. I expect better customer service from your dealership. When I finally got through on my 5th call Scott's only response was that he didn't get any of the messages and a quick "sorry." He didn't appear to have any interest in looking into what had happened or sincere regret about my inconvenience. If this is correct that none of my messages were delivered, then you've got a big problem to look into. I find it hard to believe this is the case since there were multiple modes of delivery. More

Scott was very professionally and welcoming as I entered the dealership to deliver my baby for service recalls. I brought my 2014 Cayenne Porsche to the dealer due a notice for two recalls. I called the Dealer and scheduled my appointment approximately two weeks prior to the scheduled date of 12/19/22. I brought my “older model” in and requested a same day return because I had to work the following day. I dropped my vehicle off a half hour earlier only to be notified a few hours later that one of the recall parts had to be ordered. Really?? Did you not know my vehicle needed that part? This wasn’t a surprise visit, it was a scheduled one.It was a waste of my only day off. I returned to pick up my vehicle only to be told the part was ordered and I will receive a call when it arrives. I’m currently Still waiting on a return call or update on that part status. I’m usually very patient and understanding but this visit was a complete waste of my time. More

Worst Porsche Dealership experience I have had over several states. Lack of feedback from the service writer, starting with the assigned service writer not even being there upon arrival to not having t several states.
