Always gave issues at this Dealership! I called them and they told me to bring the car in for a oil change it would only take 45 minutes! Dropped it off service guy said it would be ready I called them and they told me to bring the car in for a oil change it would only take 45 minutes! Dropped it off service guy said it would be ready in 45 minutes or less! Went shopping with the wife came back a hour and 15 minutes later! Car was sitting with flashers blinking and it wasent even touched! It took another half hour before it was done! I've decided that I will be taking my business else where from now on! Even though I purchased both vehicles from this dealer! More

My SA Scott Lash always provides excellent service when I bring my vehicle in for service. This visit was for my 2013 Dodge Caravan was over heating. I took my jeep wrangler in for a battery change and general service. It took him four days to do that. Also, I requested tire rotation. When I got home, the tire rotation had not been done.
