Always gave issues at this Dealership! I called them and they told me to bring the car in for a oil change it would only take 45 minutes! Dropped it off service guy said it would be ready I called them and they told me to bring the car in for a oil change it would only take 45 minutes! Dropped it off service guy said it would be ready in 45 minutes or less! Went shopping with the wife came back a hour and 15 minutes later! Car was sitting with flashers blinking and it wasent even touched! It took another half hour before it was done! I've decided that I will be taking my business else where from now on! Even though I purchased both vehicles from this dealer! More

My SA Scott Lash always provides excellent service when I bring my vehicle in for service. This visit was for my 2013 Dodge Caravan was over heating. The radiator was the issue however by the attention to de bring my vehicle in for service. This visit was for my 2013 Dodge Caravan was over heating. I took my jeep wrangler in for a battery change and general service. It took him four days to do that. Also, I requested tire rotation. When I got home, the tire rotation had not been done.
