I was seeking help finding a specific type of RV. While he was unable to locate one, he did research, connected me with a possible third party vendor, and gave me some valuable insights. I have since procured the vehicle elsewhere. So while this team was unable to provide me directly the solution I needed, Brian nonetheless was pivotal in helping me. I will bring my large vehicle for service to Courtesy, and I highly recommend this dealership. They exceeded all my expectations. More

Satisfied Customer I have to say upon getting my vehicle Lawraleen Adewunmi initially started helping me and it was great, she then passed me on to another employee to f I have to say upon getting my vehicle Lawraleen Adewunmi initially started helping me and it was great, she then passed me on to another employee to further help me and all was good until i found out everyhting she told me was false, things were said about my warranty that were not true, it was hard to get help with things, I went in to talk with a manager until Lawraleen seen me walk in and she addressed all of my concerns immediately, she went above and beyond when she did not have to. She helped me get everything corrected and taken care of on my vehicle. I am now one VERY HAPPY customer and absolutely love doing business with this company. GM Scott Gruell couldn't even return phone calls to talk about the situation, and Courtesy's only suggestion was to "file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau." We approached another dealer for advice about our situation, and they had us in a replacement vehicle within 8 hours. Don't expect any assistance from Courtesy if you happen to buy a lemon. STAY AWAY More

He really listened to my needs and did a bit of research to find a solution that would work. Tim met me on the lot and let me test drive a few options and ask all kinds of questions. By working well together, I ended up with a car I REALLY like, and an easy trade-in/purchase on the same day. I've already given out their cards to friends and will consider coming here before I look again for another vehicle in the future. More
