She helped me get everything corrected and taken care of on my vehicle. I am now one VERY HAPPY customer and absolutely love doing business with this company. GM Scott Gruell couldn't even return phone calls to talk about the situation, and Courtesy's only suggestion was to "file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau." We approached another dealer for advice about our situation, and they had us in a replacement vehicle within 8 hours. Don't expect any assistance from Courtesy if you happen to buy a lemon.
