I bought 2 civics from this location. I'm very happy with this Honda dealership. Everyone was very nice and helpful as all my financial needs were met. It was very nice and helpful to be able to text Scott ( this Honda dealership. Everyone was very nice and helpful as all my financial needs were met. It was very nice and helpful to be able to text Scott (my salesman) to ask questions and get updates. He rocks!!! I can't say enough about how much I love my new 2022 civic hatchback. More

The salesperson didn't seem interested in making the sale. It was like take it or leave it kinda deal with me. It felt like they didn't really want my business. I also received my title documentation re sale. It was like take it or leave it kinda deal with me. It felt like they didn't really want my business. I also received my title documentation really late. Even though the car was certified pre-owned, it had a problem with the brakes which was a shocker. Due to the chip shortage and their prices being okay, I pulled the trigger. My overall experience was below average compared to other dealerships I have been to. Hence, the 2 stars. More

This is the second Honda i purchased from Indy Honda. Scott was awesome and exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and did everything possible to give me the best deal. He took really good care of us. Trade in was good. Price on vehicle was decent. They work back on banking. Do not like working backwards on if I can afford a payment or not. Shady dealership trying to low ball you any chance they get. That or they simply didn’t do any market research. Either way i was embarrassed for them when they came back with an offer that was laughable fo get. That or they simply didn’t do any market research.
