I use to send them customers all the time In March 2018 I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot which I traded my 2007 Honda Accord for which I also purchase from them and I loved that car, had no prob In March 2018 I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot which I traded my 2007 Honda Accord for which I also purchase from them and I loved that car, had no problems whatsoever but with this new car they told me it’s newer better etc. I have taking this truck bk numerous of times and they still want fix it telling me it need new tires but when I bought it they told me they were new and now my wiper motor is gone but only one been working the whole time but it passed inspection so I must of broke it. They don’t want to stand behind nothing unless I’m paying outta my pocket and this is not right it’s no way in six months this car should have all these problems and on top of that I have to fill up every two to three days but it’s nothing wrong with my fuel line either More

They wrecked my 2017 Ridgeline!! They were to repair a noise in the window. Less then an hr later they wrecked it into a pole. A lot of bs like telling me I had to get it repaired at their heavily discounted place or they won’t pay and promises made to me. They still owe me money they supposedly had cut me a week ago. Asked if they could drop off after thanksgiving I said sure. I get my truck back after two weeks they recommended repair place did not BOLT my middle seat belt...in took them a week. They also had to repair molding they put in due to being warped. NOW the day I was to receive check...today I need to sign some paperwork. I wish I could post it! No option to. They want me to pay taxes now on the apology money?! Which I know realize after reading it after submitt a w-9 was I’m not allowed to talk about the wreck. Shouldn’t that have been discussed a month ago when they gave me the first portion?! It ended up more because they replaced 2 body parts and I the owner was only notified of 1! David White tells me I need to sign it or sue them. Let’s see what free Hyatt legal services offer... Surprise the sound I took it in for today to get my check driving home still making the sound Not sure if I have ever gotten work done here the first time correctly so why am I surprised this is the same...Should I going to Hendri should Have gone to Hendricks after being the third car in less than a year because the other two had issues I really couldn’t go anywhere after they took my huge down payment... More

Large dealerships can be a good experience too. From walking in the door to driving our new car home was a great experience. There was even a place to get something to eat or drink like Starbucks. The finance person was very personable and made sure we got the best rates and had a great sense of humor. Our car was detailed and clean and sitting there waiting there for us. I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime so you can take this review seriously. Big selection good prices that can be negotiated. Good sales people and finance officer! Our sales agent was Luke Alexander Mincey. He is new there and ours was the second car he sold that day. More
