He was friendly, considerate, and informative throughout the process. Emerson Knauss handled the financial paperwork; he gave clear explanations about what I was signing and was very amiable. Greg Jordan, the sales manager, checked in with me a couple days after I went in the first time to see how my experience was, which was appreciated. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I entered and even remembered me when I returned four days later - she was very pleasant. The facility was clean and inviting, with refreshments, if needed, and the background music was not distracting, at all. An all-around professional environment. Highly recommend! More

A few highlights: 1) Tons of vehicles and options to choose from on your test drive, you don’t feel limited in quantity which is nice. 2) Top notch customer service right when you walk in the door. The Sales Manager will greet you with a smile and get you to one of the managers to assist. 3) They do not waste time. Tell them what you want and they’ll make it happen, that easy. 4) My time was with Scott Hamilton, he’s a very experienced salesman, he knows the brand, he’s knowledgeable in all things that matter and is just a fabulous guy. He’s my go to guy now. 5) The financing process is so wonderful and not intimidating like other dealerships where you have to speak out all of your personal life information that no one wants to do, so instead, they send you a link, you fill it out on a device (iPad or your phone) then submit, and the finance guy does the rest. Scott will work to get you the best terms as possible. Just be up front on what your terms are and be very clear. 6) In a matter of a few minutes your cleared, they get your vehicle ready and walk through all of the features to help get you on your way. 7) The experience ends with talking to Chris in Finance and the additional CPO 1 warranty is a must to add on! You get another year on top of your CPO for pre-owned vehicles. If you drive a lot, get it. And also the wheel and tire protection is a must. All were affordable and bundled in the package. If your looking for a newer vehicle run to this dealership and if they don’t have what you want on the lot they’ll get it..this place does a ton of trades. 5 out of 5 Stars!!! More

Worst car buying experience ever! . I made the attempt to purchase a vehicle and the moment I notified Scott I was not using their financial institution. I was met with resistance. I w . I was asked by Scott twice if I was sure I didn't want to use their bank! After the back and forth, I was finally sent a bill of sale which my name was incorrect. I made several attempts to contact Scott and get him to update the bill of sale but I was unsuccessful. Once I finally got him on the phone and notified this liar of the errors, he claim he would fix them and send over a new bill of sale. Then he calls me 5 mins later claiming someone else purchased the car I was purchasing! If Scott spent time working my deal instead of trying to persuade me to use their financing this would not of happened! He purposely stalled me out and never gave me the opportunity to make a deposit. This guy is dishonest, lacks ambition, and incompetent. If you value your time and money stay away from Hennessy Porsche and Scott! More

I live in California and spent over 1 month searching for the right sports car. The dealership in San Antonio does not allow buyers to get pre-owned vehicles inspected off of their lots. I found the same vehicle in Roswell Georgia at Hennessy Porsche. I contacted them by message from a popular online site. Scott Hamilton, the internet sales manager contacted me by morning. We had a few conversations about the vehicle and Mr Hamilton was so helpful. I had a few questions and requests, he handled them professionally and quickly. Scott and his team came to a price that we agreed upon, I made travel plans that day. I was in Georgia at Hennessy Porsche driving my new car in less than a week after the deal we made. The Dealership is beautiful, from the moment I was greeted by the reception desk I knew I made the right decision. If you or anyone you know comes across a new or pre-owned vehicle for sale at Hennessy Porsche in Roswell, you will be very impressed. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle or 2 from Hennessy Porsche. A shout out to Drew and John that worked on this deal with Scott, thank you gentlemen, ladies at the front reception, and the entire team at Hennessy!
