Scott was very responsive throughout the past 6 months. Emails and texts were usually answered within an hour. He also provided a very detailed explanation of the new features of the vehicle that I was not familiar with. Could not be happier with the whole experience! Chris Velez handled all paperwork and he got me a great loan, beating the one that I had been prequalified for.
