I bought my first Cayenne S in 2004 from Hennessy Porsche and bought 3 other new Porsches from them since. We have had all of them serviced at Hennessy every time they've needed service. What I love about this dealership is their emphasis on great service and giving the customer a great service experience. They are all about relationship. They are like the Ritz Carlton of dealerships. Their service department is fantastic. Joel Hughes has been our service tech since he started working there about 7 years ago. He is super-attentive to my wife and always makes sure he has a Porsche loaner car for her, even if the service is only gong to last a few hours. (Personally, I don't mind waiting because I love hanging out at the dealership. I feel like a kid in a toy store.) Their sales professionals are awesome. They have very little turnover in their staff which has been great whenever we've consider buying a new car. This week we purchased our 4th new Porsche (Macan) from Hennessy in 16 years. WHAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME BEYOND BELIEF is that, despite it being a seller's market currently, they still gave me a nice discount because we've been loyal customers. They didn't have to do that. I wasn't expecting that. They could sell every car at full retail without any problem because of the incredible demand right now yet, they still gave us a nice discount. Scott Hamilton was fantastic. He took great care of my wife and even had a nice big bow on the car when she got to the store to pick it up. Owning a Porsche is a uniquely great experience. Owning one bought and serviced at Hennessy takes that great experience a step higher! More
