Thee days later with as many test drives, originally looking for a CPO GTS model finally switching to a new Hybrid, Scott was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Negotiations were quick, painless and favorable for all party's. Scott took the time to make sure my wife was comfortable with the car and its technology answering all of our questions.
