Simple, easy and quick sales process My wife and I had been talking recently about trading in her 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited and getting her back into a Jeep Cherokee. I walked in having previous experience with Scott Hanson and his team. Vic greeted me and asked me what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a Cherokee with all the options and it had to be white. He found one for me and we ran the numbers. We came to an agreeable deal with NO back and forth. This was great as I have walked out of other dealerships previously because of the old school mentality some have. Vic was very casual in conversation which is great and non intrusive. Al got all the papers ready for signature and we sat down for a couple minutes and took care of business, Al is casual, personable and funny guy. Tony was very helpful and accommodating to quickly get us into a new 2019 Jeep after my wife had a recent accident that totaled her 2018 Jeep. Tony was able to duplicate the same model, style and features plus a year newer vehicle for the same price! Tony searched out every price concession and discount to get us the best price. Tony was also very helpful in setting up the Bluetooth connection and explaining all the technical features of this vehicle.
