My brand new Chrysler 300 didn't want to work after a week of having it. It went in the shop on Nov. 21st and has been there till today, something electrical. They have worked with me even though I haven't been the happiest person to deal with. The had given some options and they were to my satisfactory. I just wanted to say I have enjoyed being in the Luther family, I bought 2 other cars from them in 06 and again now in 15, and thank you to the team that has been working with me. More

Even though I ultimately bought a vehicle elsewhere because they had the exact option package I needed (Luther Brookdale didn't have that exact option package in stock), I'm writing a review anyway because I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from all staff members at Luther Brookdale over the course of several days of discussing vehicles and having them offer different models for review. The staff at Luther Brookdale was easy to talk to, better informed about rebates and options than most other dealers I spoke with, and I felt they were very open and honest. Their prices are also very competitive, definitely a good bargain. I highly recommend talking with them when shopping for a vehicle. More
