My initial interaction with a sales rep was average. He may have been having a bad day. I received a follow up email survey so I called the sales manager and we discussed my experience. Scott was great may have been having a bad day. I received a follow up email survey so I called the sales manager and we discussed my experience. Scott was great and I told him what I wanted and the next day he emailed me an option, we worked out a price and closed the deal via emails. When I went to do the paperwork Tony took care of me and Jamie spent :45 going over everything on the truck. I live over 1.5 hours away and they are delivering the truck. I will deal with these folks again. I am in the service business and they know how to take care of customers. Do not hesitate to give them a chance. More
