We waited for 2 1/2 hours after test driving to do the purchase paperwork. There was no financing as we paid for the vehicle. This was a ridiculous amount of time to sit there waiting! Our sales person Anna contacted me by cell with texts which was very nice to be able to arrange a time to meet that worked for everyone. Very happy with the car purchase but not happy with the customer service of the other individuals!!!! More
