We bought a Silverado a year and a half ago and were so pleased with the service that we came back - despite the 2 hour drive! Red Wing Chevrolet Buick exceeded our expectations both times. The second time pleased with the service that we came back - despite the 2 hour drive! Red Wing Chevrolet Buick exceeded our expectations both times. The second time I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and changed my mind halfway through. They were gentlemen the entire time. We will be back again when our son is ready for his first car! More

Didn’t have the best experience at RedWing as we were there for nearly 6 hours which should have only taken 3-4 hours at max. The back and forth with the other guys could have been prevented by then just there for nearly 6 hours which should have only taken 3-4 hours at max. The back and forth with the other guys could have been prevented by then just coming out and talking instead of the middle person going back and forth. The vehicle could have gotten cleaned and gassed up while we were doing financial stuff but they waited till we were done with all our stuff then decided to do all that which made it an even longer wait. The gentleman doing the paperwork didn’t really know how to run the system very well as he argued with me about the special plates I wanted. They waited 2 weeks to register the vehicle in my name which put my license plates out that much longer and we still don’t have those and we’re about a month out. We get new vehicles about every 2 years and this was probably one of the longest and unpleasant experiences I’ve had. The guys were pleasant just not very organized. More
