We thought a used nissan rogue from them for our college daughter. We also were told it came with a warranty and we also bought an extended warranty as we wanted our daughter to not have any Issues. While at school my daughter took it for the first oil change and was told it needed a new battery. I wrote to our salesman and he said the oil change place was trying to upsell my daughter and there was no way the battery was bad on a car we just bought from them. Then one day my daughter went to use the horn and it didn’t work. We scheduled an appointment and weirdly that morning the car wouldn’t start so we had it towed. They told us the car needs over $1700 of work and that none of it was covered by warranty or by them even though these problems were there when we bought it. We’ve asked for a manager to call us and we haven’t gotten any call. I’ve never ever had a car horn not work or stop working ever on any car I’ve had, so that was not something we checked before we bought it . Do not go there or buy from them. They sold us a car with problems and refused to stand by their product , they sold us a warranty that covers who knows what and they also will not call a customer back. First time buying and last time ever, save yourself the hassle. More
