Great Experience from Beginning to End We were looking to replace our 2004 Ram pickup with something newer. After a bit of research we finally found the perfect truck at this dealer. I called and spoke with Tito on the phone about setting up an appointment same day; He was extremely accommodating and very pleasant to speak to. He didn't try to rush us into the dealership or try to pre-qualify in any way. Once we arrived the truck was front and center, perfectly clean for us to look at. I will be honest and say the negotiation process was much more mom&pop than the, now modern, approach to buying.. however, we came into it knowing what the new truck was worth, as well as our trade, and with that, Tito and the management staff were able to work with us to put together a deal. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. In the finance office, the paperwork was very simple to work through, and the finance manager, Scott, was a pleasure to work with. He did not push any unnecessary add ons, or attempt to oversell anything. Overall, I would certainly recommend Putnam Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and more so, Tito, if you are looking for a great sales experience. Thank you More
