Extremely Pleased Our search started on the Internet and we contacted Putnam Chrysler via email. We were promptly contacted via email by Peter. We were niot aware that it was the Peter Place that grew up 3 houses away from us. The meeting to look at and test drive the Wrangler Unlimited Sahara we inquired about was informative but not overwhelming. Glad I traveled to Putnam CT to buy my new Jeep from Tito. Bottom line up-front, I am pleased that I put my trust in Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I traveled over 500 miles to complete the purchase of a Jeep Gr Bottom line up-front, I am pleased that I put my trust in Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I traveled over 500 miles to complete the purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was not available in my local area. I had spent a good bit of time getting to know Tito Ottino over the phone, so when my work schedule made coordination a challenge, I decided to hop on a plane to go complete the deal and pick-up my vehicle. Yes I know, that's a risky way to buy a car -- right? I was pleased to find that everything with my purchase was exactly the way that Tito promised, from price, to prep, to process. Absolutely NO surprises. After meeting Managers Scott Johnson and Derek Rudge I came to understand that Putnam is in the business of running a high-performing team at their dealership. That team serves and supports their customers, their Community and lastly, the very same employees who participate in making their business excel. Long story short, I was able to see the results of that quality teamwork up-close. The facility is attractive, welcoming and spotless. The team is courteous, professional, attentive and VERY well informed. Everything is stocked and works properly. One walks in and promptly receives a pleasant and attentive greeting. I only wish that they were located a little closer to my home, so I could have my new vehicle serviced by that same high-performing team. This purchase was truly a pleasure and I would purchase another vehicle or refer my friends there without question.
