Fuse 17 powering new ECM was blown so they flashed a partially dead ECM. None of the injector or glow plug serial numbers were corrected in the new ECM flash. So Engine Power Was Reduced. A friend th partially dead ECM. None of the injector or glow plug serial numbers were corrected in the new ECM flash. So Engine Power Was Reduced. A friend that is a programmer replaced the BLOWN Fuse and found all the injector and glow plug serial numbers in an ECM backup file and was able to upload them to correct Eagle GMC's mistakes. Took them 20+ days to replace the ECM and flash part of the ECM with a blown fuse that powers part of the ECM that they did not catch. It then took me 2 days with a friend to figure what they missed, replace the fuse, copy the backup file and reload it to finally get the truck running and get rid of about 30+ error codes that they left in the ECM. Lack of checking and cross checking was not exhibited. Diagnostic ability with that many codes showing and they just decide to hand it back to the owner to figure the rest out is not shall we say acceptable. More

The service deparment always treats thier customer great when they come and have there vehicale service. They always let you know what is going on and let you know the cost before doing any work.
