Morgaane was fantastic! She communicated with me continuously during the time my vehicle was serviced. It was great to see that Scott still works in the service departmen She communicated with me continuously during the time my vehicle was serviced. It was great to see that Scott still works in the service department. He’s always very courteous and helpful. I had a lot done to my truck to include replacement of a rear bumper four new tires. All fluids changed or flushed new wiper blades and an alignment. I appreciate Morgan’s attention to detail and being very respectful and courteous. I had occasion to meet my original sales person from seven years ago Marc Esser, it was a pleasure to speak with him again as it always is when I see him. He helped me find a local specialty shop to replace a door, rubber protector. The personnel at Eagle Buick GMC always make me feel like I’m part of their family and I appreciate that. Their outstanding customer service is what always brings me back to them to take care of my pride and joy. Even though it’s getting to be almost 8 years old. Thank you Eagle Buick GMC for all you do.
