Excellent Service People! Tony and Scott are always so polite and thorough when it comes to my Optima. I always leave there knowing my car was well taken care of and any issue Tony and Scott are always so polite and thorough when it comes to my Optima. I always leave there knowing my car was well taken care of and any issues were fixed correctly the first time. They get me an appointment in a timely manner and always have my car back to me in the time frame promised. When I call to set up an appointment, Candie is very friendly and helpful. "Very satisfying experience" I came to Jake Sweeney to have the hatchback repaired in my Kia Rondo and left with a new Kia Niro. I had been to the dealership a couple weeks earlie I came to Jake Sweeney to have the hatchback repaired in my Kia Rondo and left with a new Kia Niro. I had been to the dealership a couple weeks earlier and was introduced to the Niro. I bought my first Kia, the Rondo, 10 years prior and enjoyed its size and versatility. I made wonderful memories with the car but I knew I was at a different place in my life with different needs. Still, the thought of purchasing a new car was a bit daunting. Brent recognized me from my first visit and welcomed me with a friendly handshake and smile and my nervousness started to diminish. There was never any pressure to purchase. I had many questions and concerns. Brent listened patiently and "met my need" where I was at. I have heard that phrase but I experienced it for myself in the purchase of the Niro. I am not tech saavy by any stretch of the imagination and a bit stubborn to learn, yet with his calm, knowledgable,, and patient demeanor Brent allowed me to come to my own "enlightenment" as to the functionality and sense that a new car and specifically the Niro would be to meet my needs. I truly can't say enough good things about my experience at Jake Sweeney. Scott in the service area, Shane who worked the finance end so professionally and once again, Brent Kennedy, my salesman.
