I had a 10:30AM regular service appointment for my lease. I was told it would take an hour. I did not get my car back until 3PM. They Didn't address the chip in the windshield, but marked it good on the report. A Truly heinous experience. I never want to return to Lexus Pembroke Pines and I would advise people to go elsewhere. I am still stunned by the lack of decency in staff and the lack of professionalism in a company. More
