Great experience with Vitteri and Carpenter I have always had a great experience with Christian Vitteri in service with whom I have been dealing for years (we own a 360, 430 and a Maserati), I w I have always had a great experience with Christian Vitteri in service with whom I have been dealing for years (we own a 360, 430 and a Maserati), I was looking for a black Audi R8 and I purchased one from them, Hank Carpenter was the service person and was extremely professional and helpful always getting back to me both via telephone and email. Very responsive. The other staff at the dealership is friendly and accommodating (the Finance Manager). We will be buying more vehicles from Hank and dealership. Mr. Marks was also very helpful because my initial contact on the Audi was through the internet and he followed up and gave me a couple of updates on the Audis they had for sale. Let me close by emphasizing the fact that after the initial sale, service is what gets you back (as far as I am concerned). Thank you. . More
