I have called the commercial sales manager Tim This dealership lacks honesty,principles,customer service and they do not value their customers time! I have called the commercial sales manager Timothy "Scott" McDaniel over 5 times and he has not called me back once. I drove from Houston TX to buy a 2017 Sprinter passenger van for my company from Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge the sales process went smoothly but the after sale was truly Awful! After I picked up the van and asked my salesman person to see if he could check on the price for a rear backup camera he never called or texted back so I decided to get it done Here in Houston, then after a few months my temp tag expired so I called my salesman again and ask him what is going on with my Plates he said he would check on it so he calls back and said they would need a state inspection from Texas to finish the paperwork because they could not use the LA state inspection for Texas which I understood, on the following day I had the state inspection done and mailed it back to them the same day, once they received it they sent me an email stating that I took to long to send them the state inspection sheet and that the DMV was charging me a late penalty of $362.50 now they are telling me that I would have to pay this fee first before I can get my plates even though they charged me for a State inspection and they NEVER made me aware that I had to get one in Texas, NOW since they dropped the ball "lets make the consumer pay for it" attitude seems to be the the company way of doing business. I should not pay for something that they did NOT make me aware of at the time of purchase or the 3 months after the sale. I will continue to contact the sales manger hopefully he will return my call. More

2013 GL350 I dropped my vehicle off 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me when it will be ready. The vehicle went in for a known issue and it took a week to order p I dropped my vehicle off 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me when it will be ready. The vehicle went in for a known issue and it took a week to order parts and now they just called 2 weeks after it was dropped off to tell me the timing belt kit is missing a part. The vehicle is under warranty but they say they don't have a loaner for me. They are wanting to send me to enterprise to rent a Chevy. Looks like this is what I should have bought since we don't seem to be able to get this vehicle back together. My experience from the time I purchased this vehicle from Mercedes of BR all the way to servicing of this vehicle has been less than positive. Josh is a nice guy but I'm just my vehicle back repaired correctly!! More
