I didn't have time to pick up my new vehicle, so Scott McDaniel brought i I'm a major fan of this dealership. The service is personal and exceptional. I didn't have time to pick up my new vehicle, so Scott McDaniel brought it to me at my office in the evening, and still even took the time to show me the features of my car. Scott and the team also make financing easy. It's pre-prepared and well explained, saving quite a lot of time. MBBR actually makes car buying a pleasure. I look forward to a long relationship with them. More

"Scott the Great" We purchased our 2014 Mercedes S550 over the phone!! Scott was so on top of the product that we felt we weer in Baton Rouge! His description of the auto and how flawless the condition was realized when we received it in California approximately 3 days after it was shipped. Above and Beyond First let me start by saying, coming from BMW, where the customer service is great, I was a little hesitant. Then after only having my 2014 C250 for First let me start by saying, coming from BMW, where the customer service is great, I was a little hesitant. Then after only having my 2014 C250 for not even a month and the check engine light came on, I was thinking "What have I done?" I took the car in to be checked and was told they needed to keep it for at least 48 hrs but didn't have a loaner available for 3 weeks!!! I couldn't be without a car for 2 or more days, so I was told to drive the car until they had a loaner available but if the car started acting up I would need to bring it in immediately :/ A day after I left the from the service visit, the car started bucking and wouldn't accelerate. I immediately called my sales person, Scott McDaniel, told him the situation and he said "I told you I would take care of you, let me see what I can do." Well, needless to say Scott McDaniel went above and beyond and found me a loaner immediately so that I could bring my brand new car in to be fixed. I just want to say, "Thank you, Scott McDaniel, for treating me like a valued customer and not just another car buyer!" More

Scott McDaniel was great! Had a very enjoyable experience with him. He shot me straight, and I did the same and the process of me purchasing a CPO C250 was smooth was great! Had a very enjoyable experience with him. He shot me straight, and I did the same and the process of me purchasing a CPO C250 was smooth as silk. I did have an issue when I first walked in the door.... for the first 5-7 minutes I was there, standing in front of the reception counter, where the receptionist was more concerned with her smartphone than giving me the time of day really chapped my xxx. But after 2 other salesmen came into the showroom, looked me up and down, and went the other way, either into an office or seemingly needing to go right back where they came from... was almost enough to send my business else where... But Mr. McDaniel entered right before my patience ran out and asked if anyone was helping me, which prompted the receptionist otherwise preoccupied with her smartphone to do the same. I told him what I wanted to look at, and he smoothed everything out, thus saving a sale that would have gladly went elsewhere. So I would recommend this dealership, MBOB is a great place, once they warm up to you. I know I dont look like their typical Mercedes buyer, but be honest... what does a Mercedes buyer need to look like before your willing to sell one to them? More

Scott made us comfortable. Scott was not pushy, but was confident in the vehicle we were looking at and ultimately purchased.
