Fabulous! I had searched throughout the DFW area for the perfect vehicle and found it at Park Place Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. The customer service I received from Scott Najjar was beyond my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy. This is one of the most pleasant if not the best car buying experience I've had. Big thanks to Scott Najjar & Mario Pinney for treating customers like they matter. I love my new car. More

Scott should be Awarded Salesman of the Year!! I have no doubt that What he did for my family, he wouldn't do for anyone who works with him. He is an accomplished salesman and so there's no point i I have no doubt that What he did for my family, he wouldn't do for anyone who works with him. He is an accomplished salesman and so there's no point in refuting that but it was my personal experience with him that had me convinced that he's the Best. For us, it was mainly what he did for us during the sales period and after the sales was finalized that had us overly impressed. He followed up with us after the sales, even remembered my birthday a few days after we purchased our car: you would think that he will forget. Even after the sale, anytime I had a problem and I called, he will listen and carefully find solutions to the issues that we were having. During the time of sales, we tested his patience, we were very demanding and were worse customers but he was empathetic, patient and above all showed exceptional customer service. He gave us an exceptionally friendly buying experience. Even after the sales is over, he was reliable and trusted. My family will buy all our cars from him so long as he is the car business. He is rock solid- the reliable, professional and trusted sales man anybody can ever want. More

True to their word...a true five star company I was in the market for an E320 Bluetec and had found a 2008 with 74,000 miles for $21,000 at a local small dealer. The car was pristine and priced at I was in the market for an E320 Bluetec and had found a 2008 with 74,000 miles for $21,000 at a local small dealer. The car was pristine and priced at 21,500. I decided to go forward and have them work out financing, after 48 hours the best they could find was 60 months at 6.5%. I was unsatisfied with the deal so I continued my search and found an identical 2008 with 74,000 miles on the clock at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine, but they were asking $23,500. So I called and got Scott, I explained that I found a similar car for $21,500, and asked if they would match. He took my information and talked with the sales manager, Bob, and called back within the hour to tell me they would reduce the sales price by the requested $2,000. I was preparing to go on vacation the following day and was not able to arrive until after 8:00 PM, which happened to be their closing time. Of course Scott and Bob stayed late to do a test drive and to value my trade. While we had agreed on the sales price before hand, they had offered 24,000 for my trade, which was on par with the small dealer and $4,000 more than a Chevy dealer some time back. After five minutes of direct negotiating with Scott and Bob we settled on $25,000 for my trade, a $1,000 more than any other offer. Since it was after 9:00 PM the finance manager was gone for the day. The next day Scott called to let me know they were able to get us approved for 72 months @ 3.5%. Needless to say, better terms, far better interest rate and more for my trade was far beyond my expectations! Of course I was dreading the financing part, where dealer finance managers are really aggressive in getting one to buy their extras, e.g. warranty, service plan, gap, etc. At this point my wife was making final preparations for our departure that evening and was unable to come to sign the paperwork. No Problem! I met with the finance manager and while she did offer all of the extras, she just did that "offer", she simply laid out all of the service contracts, explained how they would impact monthly payment and simply asked which if ANY I would like. Now usually I reject all of these since they are sold at a really high premium, but the services were well explained and with no pressure so I was able to really look and actually choose the MB 3 year service contract. Once that was decided the finance manager printed all of the documents and had Scott come over to our house to sign all the documents. Which made my wife very happy, in fact she said this will be the only way we buy cars from now on! Later that evening in the light of our garage my wife noticed two larger dents on the passenger side front fender. This is where Park Place really showed their commitment to their customers. Usually as part of a used car purchase you sign a "service promise" letter which lays out in detail what the dealer has committed to, which in effect releases them from any liability after the car is sold. But still I called them a few days later from Mexico and left Scott a message that I hadn't noticed the dents and if they would do anything in respect. Upon arriving from vacation 9 days after the sale they told me to come in to fix the dents. Since there was no paint damage I was sure they would use a paintless dent removal process, which they did. However Scott advised that even with the paintless dent removal the panel was still not factory perfect, which by this time is was perfectly fine with. Park Place on the other hand was not, they went as far as to order a new front fender, had it painted and installed and polished the entire vehicle to ensure the newly painted fender would not appear different! In addition while the car was there they noticed a small oil leak and had the service department resolve the issue. In addition to all the above they provided me with a 2013 C250 during the two weeks it was in the shop. And if that wasn't enough Scott redelivered the car with a fresh tank of gas since I had taken it in with only half a tank. Simply put I could not have asked for an easier more complete customer experience. I will NEVER purchase a car from anywhere else EVER!!! On a side note I just noticed my car was making an awful racquet at idle, of course at this point I could not bring myself to call Scott to report the issue, so I took it in myself to identiy the issue. I spoke with the service advisor and asked him to identify the issue and advise of the repair cost. I also requested they do this while I waited, 1.5 hours later the service advisor informed me that they identified the issue, a missing bolt from a bracket for the exhaust system, and replaced the bolt. And to my surprise he told me it was free of charge and to just sign off at the cashiers. My car was pulled back fresh out of the car wash, hand dried, vacuumed and with tire trim, agian all for free! People you need to purchase every car from this dealer, the best price, best financing, highest offer for your trade, the best people, excellent cars (they do NOT buy any cars from auction, all their used cars are acquired through trades and even then only if they pass their service inspection) and their follow up is just second to none. Scott, Bob, Park Place thank you. I never thought I would ever rant and rave about how good a car buying experience was, but I guess there is always a first for everything. I look forward to coming back in a couple of years for nice Bluetec GL.... More

I have been a long time customer of Park Place Motors for Lexus and Mercedes. Over the years lots of different sales people come and go. I owned a 2005 C230, had been going to Park Place Grapvine (Euless) for maintenance for many years. PPG is by far the most Customer oriented dealership I have ever been to. I have never been dissatisfied, they have always gone above and beyond my expectations on the service side of the house. When I decided to buy another MB, PPG was my first choice. I was not disappointed! Scott Najjar has maintained the level of Customer service I have become used to at PPG! He is very personable, knowledgeable about all the products on the property including non MB vehicles. He was patient, informative answered all my questions, helped me understand which MB would best suit my needs. There was no pressure, he went above expectations by adding certain touches to the car that my wife and I wanted, without batting an eye, making sure we were satisfied. Scott is an asset to your organization. Again I was impressed by PPG and Scott! Thank you. More

We were just browsing in the DFW area, as we live about 110 miles north. We had a few cars and dealerships in mind, but just stopped at Park Place to look at a Mercedes.
