We live @ 110 miles from Grapevine and actually have a Mercedes Dealership in our town but Park Place Grapevine was highly recommended for purchase of a Mercedes. We were looking online at the Park Place Grapevine website and found the exact car we were interested in (GLK 350) We sent an email to Scott Najjar @ 9:45 p.m. and the next morning he responded to my email. We went to Grapevine that afternoon and drove the car and absolutely loved it. We went back the next day and purchased the car and drove it home. It has been one month now and we couldn't be more happy with it. It is a perfect size car for me (the wife) and I just filled up the gas tank. For future information, we got @33 per gallon. Excellent!!! Buying a car can be stressful but I have to honestly say, this experience was NOT stressful at all. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We are taking the car down on Saturday for a FREE car wash. And do a little shopping!! More

Just $how me the money!!! Purchased a 2015 E 400 coupe in November 2015. After I took it home I noticed a ticking sound in the front right wheel. Three days later I wanted to r Purchased a 2015 E 400 coupe in November 2015. After I took it home I noticed a ticking sound in the front right wheel. Three days later I wanted to return the car and purchase a new vehicle. Scott and his manger would not allow me to return the vehicle. Scott said he wanted me to have the car with the "red" interior. Spoke to his manger and he to did nothing. Mercedes has a policy that allows you to return the car so long as its within 7 days and under 500 miles. I met both criteria and was not allowed to return the car. Mind you I was willing to buy a brand new car. To date this car has been in the shop going on 5 times. I purchase cars every 2-4 years and I assure you I will not ever purchase from Park Place Grapevine. All they care about is getting your money. I get lots of compliments on my car, but I tell people to go to Park Place Fort Worth. Scott was a very nice salesman and so was his manager. They just didn't care about making sure I was happy with my purchase. More

World Class Service I recently purchased a 2016 GLE 350 from Scott Najjar. I had been looking for a few weeks at inventory on multiple websites and had even visited with I recently purchased a 2016 GLE 350 from Scott Najjar. I had been looking for a few weeks at inventory on multiple websites and had even visited with Park Place Dallas, a store located less than a mile from my home. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as I had hoped in Dallas nor as easy as it was on my last Mercedes purchase, all done over the phone and delivered to my office. I decided to look at PPM Grapevine, I called and Scott answered, I let him know what I was looking for and that I would be there within 15 minutes. Scott met me at the door and we looked at and drove 3 different GLE's. Scott was so patient with listening to what I really wanted and trying to make that happen. Scott went above and beyond what any salesperson has ever done for me and I am grateful. Scott not only got me the car that I wanted but he worked tirelessly to get me the deal I wanted. Within an hour of making the decision , I was driving home in my new car. Scott is a great salesman, he is an active listener and has done tremendous follow up, for this and many other reasons I will recommend Scott and Park Place Grapevine to all of my friends time and again. A great salesman that did above and beyond for us! A little bit of background: although this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership we came to look at a pre-owned 2010 Lexus HS 250h. Upon our arrival, Scott war A little bit of background: although this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership we came to look at a pre-owned 2010 Lexus HS 250h. Upon our arrival, Scott warmly greeted my son and I and already had the keys ready for our test drive. Afterwards, we noticed that the airbag warning light was on and brought it to his concern. Scott got right on it and had the car sent to the repair shop to fix the problem. After replacing the necessary parts, Scott helped to answer all our questions and worked to get us the best price we could on the car. We were certainly very demanding in our price negotiations but Scott was very patient with us and worked to get us the best deal while giving us a great experience. He made sure we were happy with the terms of the sale and even had the car sent in the shop again to repair the scratches on the outside of the car. Overall, Scott did way more than what we'd expect the average salesman to do and his level of patience and diligence throughout our entire car buying process allowed us the leave the dealership with a great car and an amazing amount of satisfaction with our purchase. The next time we return to this dealership, we will definitely be buying from Scott! More
