I expressed my desire to the expedite the process to the women who answered the phone, only to have the phone call transferred to another dead ended voicemail. To which I have not received a call back 48 hours later. So much for Subaru certified, I expect to hear something in the end from them, else I will try to contact whom ever allows them to carry the Subaru name so I can file a formal complaint. Might I suggest not harassing customers for feedback on a purchase in which they can’t even feel that it’s okay to call and question why something was given to them in a poor condition. Nothing screams quality service like ignored calls and concerns. More

Scott Nelson is so nice to work with, very patient and accommodating! We went back and forth on a couple of things and he never made us feel rushed. Our Finance person, however, was not great, dishonest accommodating! We went back and forth on a couple of things and he never made us feel rushed. Our Finance person, however, was not great, dishonest and pushy. He made us very uncomfortable. The good news is that his Manager, Kris LaMere, took great care of us! Thank you Scott and Kris!!!!!! It all started when i saw a car in the AutoTrader App. I contacted Luther and got an almost immediate response. The next day I test drove it and has it home with me that evening. Holy cow! I recently rated this place as two stars because at least I liked the car. Scott Nelson was my salesperson- I thought he was condescending and rude- but it turns out he’s a flat out liar. Th because at least I liked the car. Scott Nelson was my salesperson- I thought he was condescending and rude- but it turns out he’s a flat out liar. This was confirmed by a fellow Luther Dealership!! I had been worried about the Forester I bought there when I drove it off the lot and the TPMS warning light went on and stayed on- literally on my drive home. I contacted Scott- his only response was “You’re on your own- you bought it “as-is”. Fast forward to today when I traded it in because I decided I didn’t want a manual. I knew I would lose quite a bit of equity- but the dealership offered me HALF of what I paid 3 months ago! The salesman straight up told me - “That dude Scott ripped you off!” And apologized. The car had a major accident that Scott didn’t bring up and swept under the rug. The dealership I went to today told me that the car shouldn’t even been sold on the lot- should have been sold at auction. ( Reminder- this was another LUTHER dealership!) The salesman today told me to write an honest review and take whatever action I could against them because it was so egregious! (Another reminder- I was at another- obviously much more conscientious- LUTHER dealership today) This place preys on people who don’t buy their higher end Acura’s and Subarus. They are looking to swindle you into paying way too much for the crap other people trade in. I’m filing a report with the attorney general and better business bureau. I lost over $4000 on this vehicle in 3 months time- I’m well aware cars depreciate when you drive them off the lot- but that’s unacceptable on a car worth less than $10,000. They obviously deliberately held back vital information order to make a profit. Avoid at all costs!! More
