It's never a chore to take my car in for service. The Tech and Reps are first rate and made sure that I was comfortable and updated as to what was happening with my beloved Subie. Thanks you all! While the initial problem was fixed I had to return because the technicians did not finish the job and neglected to fasten everything under my hood. Additionally I’ve never had any issues with my horn because the technicians did not finish the job and neglected to fasten everything under my hood. Additionally I’ve never had any issues with my horn leading up to dropping the car off. When I picked the car back up the horn no longer worked. When I complained Scott attempted to gas light me and say it always hasn’t been working and I just wouldn’t know because when do I use my horn. I use my horn regularly and found Scott attempting to gas light me into believing this was alway an issue to be extremely unprofessional. I’m extremely frustrated that after bringing my car to you I left with more issues. I would not recommend service at your facility to anyone. More

I have had my vehicle in numerous times over the last year for various reasons. From accessory installation to regular maintenance to concerns ive had with the vehicle in general. Never once has the serv year for various reasons. From accessory installation to regular maintenance to concerns ive had with the vehicle in general. Never once has the service been less than epic. Every staff member I encounter has a great attitude and the work and care I have seen is top notch. I have spent my life with a stigma about having service work done at dealerships. But, my opinion has been forever changed by Bloomington Subaru. They are a great team. More

Scott listened to my concerns and demonstrated that what I thought was a problem was working fine. I was told what was to be done and taken to the lounge. AWESOME! Arrived early and they started right in, greeting me politely and very professional.
