They dissapeared I went in a Thursday night to test drive a used 2018 Sorento. When I got there, the only people there was sitting by service watching football. I co I went in a Thursday night to test drive a used 2018 Sorento. When I got there, the only people there was sitting by service watching football. I couldn't tell if they were employees or customers. I walked around the lot for a bit looking at cars. Then I came back in and interrupted the football game to ask if anyone worked there. I got a sales person and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we continued talked for 15 minutes after the test drive. At that point I had to leave, but we exchanged contact information. I didn't hear anything back in the next couple of weeks. I thought that was odd for a salesperson, but he knew my timeline, so I didn't put too much thought into it. Once I was ready to make a purchase, I sent him an e-mail detailing exactly what I wanted. After two days with no response, I filled out the please contact me form on-line. After two more days with no response I called. The sales person was working, but with another customer. I left a message. Still no response. I did end up buying the car, but from a different dealership. More
