I’m retired Publix Manager for 26 years and now into Sales Consultant for Volkswagen for 4 years. Taken care of my customers and go above and beyond for them on a vehicle for they’re looking for. I enjoy putting a smile on my customers face, knowing that I found the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. I am here to make the process goes smoothly as possible and stress-free. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family or doing upgrades, Home projects or decorating outside of the house for Halloween or Christmas time for neighbors to enjoy.

Scott is 100% the reason why we ended up leasing the 2026 Atlas. I respect the manner in which he engaged me as a potential customer. He informed and equipped me with the information needed to make a sale wi Atlas. I respect the manner in which he engaged me as a potential customer. He informed and equipped me with the information needed to make a sale without trying to manipulate or push me into a sale. As result, I felt safe bringing my wife to the dealership and allowed Scott to interact directly with my wife to ensure that she felt good about leasing the 2026 Atlas. Overall, everyone Sales Manager and Finance team were very respectful toward us. They entire VW Team, gave me their best price and sold me on the amazing lease program of Volkswagen. My Kia Sorento lease was expiring at the end of the month, but I was so impressed with the O'Steen Volkswagen experience that we bought the 2026 Atlas the same day. Two days later, we terminated our Kia Sorento lease early. When I called my insurance provider, the lower insurance requirement for the Volkswagen Atlas blew my mind. So not only did we upgrade our dealers experience, leased a superior automobile, but we also saved thousands of dollars over the life of the lease on insurance. If this good will continues, our family will be reaching out to Scott at the end of our lease to secure an additional vehicle. More

Wonderful experience. I’d been car shopping for 3 months & visited 6 dealerships then came across something they had online. Requested the availability and within the next I’d been car shopping for 3 months & visited 6 dealerships then came across something they had online. Requested the availability and within the next few hours Sheila sent me a personalized video saying hello with a tour of the vehicle. I went in the next day. Through the test drive, appraisal, and paperwork they were charismatic and neighborly- especially Scott and Jacob. Thank you to Nathan, Andrew, and Jesse. With this as my 7th vehicle- They are the easiest and most pleasant dealership I’ve been to by far. Recommend 100% More

Scott did a great job showing great knowledge of the vehicle while also having a great customer service mindset. We had literally bought a car somewhere else but were getting poor service elsewhere and vehicle while also having a great customer service mindset. We had literally bought a car somewhere else but were getting poor service elsewhere and wanted to check at O’Steen last minute to see if they could sway us. The customer service alone sold us and we walked away the same day with a new lease and canceled our purchase elsewhere. Our finance guy at O’Steen Jacob was great and very helpful. Overall great experience you guys are doing the right thing. More
