2011 Ford Escape 4DR SUV Initially we were getting our 2005 Ford Escape serviced. It soon became clear that (because of pending expenses) it was time for a later model car. Got to the showroom and worked with both Ricardo and Otis. Otis and I walked around the back lot looking for an Escape that fit the bill. Located a recent arrival with low mileage. Secured the financing (USF Federal Credit Union) and made our purchase. We are both extremely happy with our service and sale experience. If we had any issues (and I would be nit-picking) it was that there was only one key available for the vehicle. We paid to cut and program a second key for my wife. Other than that, no complaints. More

I was met immediately. I was able to use the shuttle to go shopping while my vehicle was being repaired. Scott took the time to talk to me about the repairs upon completion and made recommendations. Service representative was very help getting my cars serviced in a timely manner even when I did not schedule one of them to be serviced that same day as the other car was serviced. I had a tire that wo serviced in a timely manner even when I did not schedule one of them to be serviced that same day as the other car was serviced. I had a tire that would leak down a few lbs. of air each week. They could not find the leak, but they removed the tire and sealed the tire anyway. Job well done. Thank you, Gary More

When the vehicle was first purchased Lou Park was very helpful in finding a vehicle to suit our needs. When we experienced trouble with the vehicle and contacted him he didn't hesitate to tell us to bring helpful in finding a vehicle to suit our needs.
