I just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion at Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park, IL. Michael Precin was my salesman who took me for a test drive and showed me all the great features the car had to offer. Michael was friendly, polite and very knowledgable and helpful in making my decision on which Fusion to purchase. I didnt end up with the hybrid/electric Fusion because of lack of trunk space but loved that whole 'green concept'. Both Michael and Scott Precin made a special effort to find the Fusion with everything i asked for without spending more for options i didnt want or need. I never felt pressured into buying the vehicle, felt i got a really fair price which included a rebate and 0% interest and was met with great salespeople i would recommend to anyone. Thanks to Michael for painstakenly taking the time to show me how everything worked on my car and for genuinely being so excited about the car himself. Again, a positive shout out to the Precin's at Joe Rizza Ford. Thanks for making my experience of buying a new car a pleasant one!!! More

Our experience with the Orland Rizza Ford dealership has always been great, as we have never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. Nor have we ever been pushed into a vehicle we did not want. I had a wonderful experience in buying my new Ford from Adam Aguilar and Joe Rizza Ford. Adam and all the staff were very informative, patient and put all my questions and concerns to rest. I met Ryan Ri Adam Aguilar and Joe Rizza Ford. Adam and all the staff were very informative, patient and put all my questions and concerns to rest. I met Ryan Rioux the production manager and he told me to call him personally if I had any problems with my new car. The introductions to the very friendly staff in all the departments went a long way with me since this is my first time buying a car on my own. I would not hesitate to recommend a family member and friend to Joe Rizza Ford. Oh, by the way, I LOVE LOVE my new ford fusion! More

I'm so happy and have to share! I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and can't say a bad thing about a one. (we still own 2 of them) But now I wanted a [used] Hummer H3 Alpha with specific options from this dealership and can't say a bad thing about a one. (we still own 2 of them) But now I wanted a [used] Hummer H3 Alpha with specific options & color and each time I saw one I knew I wanted THAT TRUCK. I contacted Paul Jensen @ Rizza Ford who said he didn't have one but would do what he could to locate the vehicle 'I wanted', and after nearly a week I got the call, "We found your truck" I needed pictures sent and the list of items on it, I know I was brutal but I also KNEW WHAT I WANTED. I'll be darned, it was the VERY TRUCK I had been looking for, and BETTER! I'm so excited. I love my truck and want everyone to know, Paul you made my day when u found my truck!!! Thank You!!! More

Bought a brand new F-150. Couldn't be happier with how the sales process went at Joe Rizza Ford. Everything was done in a timely manner.
