Actually, I’ve been dealing with Allen for more than 25 years and will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer. It is always a very pleasant, seamless and professional experience. Today was no exception. Justin Reeder, my salesman, went above and beyond to locate exactly the truck I wanted and got it to me in record time and with absolutely no hassle. He kept me informed every step of the way, and even called me on the way home to make sure everything was good. There was never any pressure but always a willingness to listen to me and take care of me. And kudos to Scott Ray for stepping in to help Justin out at delivery — he was extremely helpful and personable as well.
